Owner

Kelly Garcia-Brauch is a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of specialized professional experience in child protection, trauma-informed care, and family systems. Her career has been dedicated to serving vulnerable children and families through direct clinical work, systems-level leadership, and program development, with a consistent focus on safety, permanency, and long-term family stability.

Throughout her tenure in public service, Kelly has held progressively responsible roles within child welfare, including caseworker, county trainer, state trainer, and supervisor. In these capacities, she provided direct services to high-risk families, developed and delivered statewide training curricula, consulted on complex cases, and supervised multidisciplinary teams. This breadth of experience has afforded her a comprehensive understanding of child welfare systems, legal and ethical standards, risk assessment, and evidence-based intervention strategies.

Drawing upon her extensive public-sector experience and strong foundation in evidence-based practice and outcomes research, Kelly founded an agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative, and clinically sound mental health services. Her agency was intentionally designed to bridge the gap between clinical treatment and real-world family systems, with the goal of increasing treatment effectiveness, sustainability of progress, and meaningful long-term change for individuals and families.

Kelly is a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and provides trauma-informed clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her clinical approach integrates EMDR, attachment-based interventions, and family systems theory, allowing her to tailor treatment to the unique developmental, relational, and cultural needs of each client. She is particularly skilled in working with complex trauma, abuse and neglect histories, high-conflict family dynamics, and co-occurring mental health and behavioral concerns.

Kelly is widely regarded for her warm, approachable demeanor, balanced with a high level of clinical rigor, professionalism, and ethical integrity. She is known for establishing strong therapeutic alliances while maintaining clear boundaries and treatment goals. Kelly views her work as a form of public service and considers it a privilege to accompany individuals and families through some of the most difficult and vulnerable periods of their lives. Her practice is grounded in the belief that all people deserve equitable access to high-quality mental health care and that healing is possible when compassionate, competent, and evidence-based services are provided.
